Kroger Ad
The Kroger Ad runs from Tuesday until Sunday this week.
highlights...no real deals w/coupons this week
*update* huggies diapers/pull-ups $8.99 jumbo pack. spent $15 in huggies products get $3 off order instantly. Assume you get 2 packs = $17.98 - $3 instant savings-2 $3 pure and natural diapers coupons =2 packs for $8.98. Davison kroger does not have the pure and natural diapers yet and they only go up to size 2 anyway. The pull-up used to have a $3 off coupon but the only one I could find in my mess was expired. From the kroger website you can print $3 comforts diapers making the jumbo pack only $3.49-3.99

Deals this week
The Kroger ad is good through Monday so I don't have that updated yet. Meijer does not have that many good deals this week but I will run down a few. I am actually glad there are no coupons today because I am so behind cutting and my box is a mess! That has not stopped me from going back to Kroger yesterday for 59 items from $8.30! (thanks mom and Kim for printing me more coupons!) We are going to the couples conference this coming weekend (soooo excited!!) so I probably will not have time to do anything with it this week. Sorry, I am being a little lazy with this....

I *heart* Kroger!!!
Dan has Elijah today so I was able to really get a good shopping trip in this morning. I was amazed they had everything in stock that was free and the cashier was really helpful. I did 2 orders for a total of 84 items. OOP was $18.58 saved w/coupons and card $168.97. Works out to .22 an item but I did have charcoal that cost $6.99 and eggs, milk, and a pack of ground turkey so I was very happy leaving the store with an overflowing cart and spending under $19 since that was all the cash I had on hand.
Coupons.com reset
If you already printed the coupons from coupons.com last week, they were reset a few days ago meaning you should be able to print them again. I was able to print again but have had horrible luck with printing lately. My port that the printer was plugged in to was not working so the printer did not print but the website registered that I did so I got NO COUPONS! I was so disappointed...but I did get an old computer up and running and printed a few before that computer when nuts too!
Remember...no coupons this Sunday! A good time to get caught up with the cutting I am so behind on! My coupon box is looking really pathetic so I may be switching to a binder. Word on the street is that putting coupons in there is the boringest job ever :) not looking forward to that!!!

Meijer trip.....stress no more!!
I have been a little stressed about my planned meijer trip this week because I had tons of coupons and meijer mealbox coupons. So Dan took Elijah with him and I went with just Isaiah. I went straight to customer service to clarify the MM coupons because they changed the wording again and now do not say "one per transaction." Neither girl working at CS even knew what a MM coupon was so they called a manager and she said yes, I could use as many as I wanted in one order and to make sure they all rang up right to have the cashier call her over before she did my coupons and she personally would make sure!! How awesome, the stress was relieved-I did not have to do 9 transactions! So I got all my stuff and went to check out. The manager was right there and going on lunch so she explained to the cashier what to do and make sure they all rang up. I got 88 items including 3 packs of ground beef and my total was $28.27, plus I still have a $2 off my next order coupons. I got 6 Kraft mayo and 3 miracle whip FREE, oscar mayer hot dogs 8 packs for $2, bread for .49, kraft 16 oz dressing FREE+overage of .92 per bottle! Seperated my mac and cheese into 2 orders of 6 ea so I could get 2 $2 off your next order catalinas. So print out the MM coupons and pair them up with manufacturer coupons to save BIG!! Also noticed up by CS desk Morton yellow bags of water softener salt-(don't know anything else about it sorry!) but they were clearanced at $2 a bag. Davison Meijer btw.

These are really good coupons. A few things to look for....
First-There was a typo in the Kmart ad and they are doubling up to $2. Call first to verify but I was at the one in Waterford today and it they had signs up all over correcting the ad. I bought tons of stuff and all my coupons doubled correctly!! Got some nivea mens stuff for .89 it was normally like $6 and then on clearance for $2.89 w/a $1 coupon that doubled. Also, revlon beauty tools have a $1 coupon and there are some under $2 making them free. Some cover girl items were buy 1 get 1 50% off so I got 2 2pk eye liners for .50 total! reg. $2.99 plus $1.50 for 2nd item=$4.50- 2 $1/1 item coupon doubled. Yep, good deals are still out there.

The gas station gave me the .50 per gallon discount 1st of 4 for the month-yippee-even though I had 749 point instead of 750! So I was already pretty happy, but then I went in to get a few snacks for the kiddos (bristol road kroger) and this is what I got in 2 orders

Meijer...loads of match-ups this week!!
I will do a detailed list tomorrow ( see below) but there are tons of match-ups this week and lots of Meijer mealbox coupons to use with the sale and manufacture coupon making lots of stuff free or really cheap this week. off the top of my head are smart balance butter and peanut butter, barilla pasta, pam/wesson oil, hunts pudding packs, healthy choice soup, mccormick seasoning....
Kroger: a little boring but Kelloggs cereal is really $1.99- free w/coupons if you printed them. there are no more to print, they went VERY fast this time!! Crest tp is free w/P&G coupon from today's paper, bounty paper towels are free w/p&g coupon, chicken is $1.79 pound (good price to stock up for a few weeks if you missed the Meijer sale last week!) Vive sale continues this week as well as Ortega seasonings.

Missed a BIG deal
Does it drive you guys nuts when you miss a deal? Well, this was a big one!!! And something I almost always pay attention too. I had 749 points at Kroger last night. Yup, missed .50 off per gallon of gas buy $1!!! ARRGGG, I didn't realize until I was home and it was already 9:30, Dan was waiting for me to go to bed so I resisted the urge to go back and buy a pack of gum. But I am so upset about it!! On the up side, I did get 18 rolls of bounty basic for .36 total!! I got 3 Vive stylers and 1 shampoo and a pack of Duracell batteries for free. Anyway.....check out coupons.com for great new printable coupons for Kellogg cereal $1/1 specific kinds and they DOUBLE making the cereal .18 at Kroger for the next few days (the sale is through at least Sunday)
SEE YOU TOMORROW 11:00am Look for the sign, don't know what room again. Upward soccer is going on so the parking lot will be crazy. And the main driveway will be blocked for the safety of the kids so please pull in the driveway closest to the red barn. Thanks!!
